1. Do you have a store?
Currently, we are selling all our products online through our website. We’ll let you know once we have a physical store you can visit to check our items.
2. How will my items be delivered to me?
Items are exclusive of the delivery fee. We will be using DHL/LBC as a partner courier to deliver your items to your doorstep. We will include the delivery fee in your billing. Items will be dispatched after 2 working days upon receipt of payment.
For Metro Manila Deliveries
Delivery within Metro Manila will vary depending on the location and the items purchased. Once items have been picked up by courier, kindly expect the items within 3 – 5 working days.
For Provincial Deliveries
Delivery outside of Metro Manila will vary depending on the location and the items purchased. Once items have been picked up, kindly expect the items within 7 – 14 working days.
3. What is my tracking number?
Once your payment has been confirmed, we will send you an email on the status of your item along with its tracking code.
4. How can I track the status of my package?
You may go over to <website here> to track your package. Simply enter your tracking number to get the status of your package.
5. What payment options do you accept?

6. Do you accept bulk orders?
Yes we accept bulk orders or pre-orders. Kindly send us via e-mail a photo of the item that you want to order and we will give you a quote for it. However, we will be requiring 50% down payment for the reservation of your item.
